COMPENSATION OVERVIEW
SALES AGENT
The Agent agreement describes the Agent compensation program including how it is earned and calculated. The Agent’s compensation is based on commissions earned from sales activity, as identified in the compensation schedule. As well, the compensation program includes preferred rates for new vendors and new products, as well as commission for legacy customers.

DEMO BIKES
If you want to sell bikes, you have to get people riding them! Riding a Vamoose electric cycle is key to the sales effort. That is why Vamoose makes getting bikes in front of customers easy.
VENDOR DISCOUNTS
Vamoose provides a list-and-discount pricing structure (outlined on pages 6 and 7 of this booklet), that ensures both cost and margin certainty.

VENDOR WARRANTY GUIDE
Our customer’s ride enjoyment is our top priority! Each Vamoose cycle is warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for all original equipment as identified below. The warranty applies to the original owner only, and is non-transferable.
VAMOOSE BIKE BUILD
The Vamoose Bike Build sheet provides a line-by-line component identification and basic requirement of the cycle build, including relevant torques for each.
The Bike Build sheet should be filed with each and every build completed at your shop.
PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION
Completion of the Vamoose PDI document signifies that this cycle has been subject to a complete inspection and that the checks identified below have been carried out. Both a Dealer Representative and a Customer signature must accompany this form to establish the cycle's warranty.
